Growing up our family life revolved around food, and they say some things never change...

More than anything else I love to cook. I am very passionate about introducing people to new flavours and food concepts through delicious plant-based cooking, demonstrating the simplicity of working with natural ingredients and encouraging others to make healthy and sustainable choices when it comes to the food they eat. I am currently studying Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, where I'm continually inspired learning about the power the natural foods available to us have on our health and wellbeing.
