About
For the past decade, I have nurtured a personal and professional interest in holistic living.
During my final year at university, and throughout the six years I spent supporting beauty and wellness brands in Public Relations, I experienced several chronic health problems that affected my endocrine, digestive, immune and nervous systems.
Determined to get myself in good health, I began exploring and realising the incredible potential of nutrition, holistic practices, and intuitive living on health and wellbeing.
These personal explorations led me to where I am today. In 2014, I completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, and shortly after I enrolled on a three-year course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine to study Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy. My studies provided me with an in-depth understanding of the body - its anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, states of disease, and the interplay of nutrients and stress at a cellular level.
I am grateful that today I live virtually symptom-free, and that the extensive learning and research I have carried out now allows me to support others in clinic.
Because of my own health journey, I have particular interest in women's health (including Fertility and IVF support, pre- and postnatal nutrition, and hormone imbalances) and mental health.
I also enjoy writing, and contribute to many publications to help readers navigate their way through the ever-evolving health and wellness space. My writing encourages readers to tune into their intuition and introduce daily practices that support positive personal growth and environmental action.
